Helm Eden | Windermere

Situated at the heart of the Estate yet only a short walk from the bustling town of Bowness-on-Windermere, Helm Eden sleeps four and is one of four holiday apartments in our converted barn at Helm Farm.

 

With numerous public footpaths leading straight from your door, this property is ideally situated for a family Lake District Holiday. Accessed by private road at the top of a rural lane, there is ample parking in the adjacent car park. Set out on one level, Helm Eden is situated on the ground floor and has two bedrooms - one double and one twin with full sized bunkbeds. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, heated towel rail, basin and WC. The open plan living area comprises cosy sitting area with open fire and dining area, TV with DVD player and Bluetooth entertainment system. A welcome basket of logs is provided with additional wood available to buy from the Estate. The kitchen has washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker with hob. Cots and highchairs are available on request.

Helm Eden has an outside terrace area with shared garden. There is also a secluded orchard available for Helm Farm guests.  

Helm Eden does not take pets. Matson Ground Holidays has three pet-friendly cottages - Elm How,  Matson Ground Lodge and Low Cleabarrow Farmhouse.

Helm Farm also consists of three other self-catering properties: Helm Kent (sleeps four), Helm Lune (sleeps five) and Helm Mint (sleeps two) - a ground floor studio apartment. Helm Mint could be booked separately, subject to availability, and used as an extra bedroom.
